Jonathan McColgan, Chief Executive Officer
Jonathan is deeply committed to championing technical excellence throughout our customer base. His primary focus lies in cultivating opportunities for the development of technical talent and ensuring that ISG's front-line leaders prioritize the employee experience. Before founding ISG, Jonathan played a pivotal role in providing strategic support to intelligence, defense, and civil agencies within Aerospace Corporation's Engineering and Technology group. With a wealth of experience spanning over sixteen years, Jonathan possesses substantial expertise in unifying mission, technical, and acquisition stakeholders. His proficiency ensures the effective delivery of mission capabilities crucial for both warfighters and analysts.
Brandon Dickerson, Chief Mission Officer
Brandon is on a mission to elevate the employee experience and foster meaningful relationships with customers and teammates. His unwavering focus is on building trust in the ISG culture and brand, ensuring that employees, customers, and partners not only rely on ISG's leadership but also receive top-tier services. With a leadership journey spanning over 16 years in Systems Engineering and Integration, Test and Evaluation, Program and Project Management, and Enterprise Architecture, Brandon is a seasoned professional. His expertise has left an indelible mark on multiple intelligence community (IC) and Department of Defense (DoD) agencies, establishing him as a recognized authority in Systems Engineering.
Richard D'Alessandro, Chief Operating Officer
Richard exemplifies a commitment to corporate excellence and program leadership, centered around the principles of Mentoring and Coaching. His journey includes pivotal roles at Lockheed Martin, OGSystems, and Parsons, contributing significantly to corporate and program operations. With over three decades of experience in Engineering & Integration at NGA and NRO, Richard’s career is marked by a relentless pursuit of mission value in Enterprise Engineering, Systems Integration, and associated engineering services.
Raymond Reese, Chief Technology Officer
Ray believes that collaboration and mentorship are key elements of successfully building a pipeline of talent for the next generation of ISG leaders. Prior to founding ISG, Ray held an array of Systems Engineering, Technical Project Management, and Manufacturing Engineering roles spanning from Missile Development to the Consumer Products industry. Throughout his career, he has been able to leverage his technical and business acumen to continually achieve sustainable results for the customer, while also contributing forward thinking ideas to solve the toughest technical problems. His over 17 years of industry experience has enabled him to be a holistic thinker for ISG and leading technical authority throughout the Government & Defense industry.
Aaron Snow, Chief Growth Officer
Aaron is committed to leading a responsible growth strategy that ensures ISG’s success is always grounded in our unwavering commitment to technical excellence. He believes that the pillars of sustainable growth are customer satisfaction and consistent delivery against mission outcomes. Aaron brings 10 years of experience in the defense and intelligence community. His primary area of expertise is in working with proposal teams to translate company technical execution and past performance into winning proposal narrative. Throughout his career serving as a capture manager, proposal writer, and proposal manager, Aaron has maintained a greater than 50%-win rate and contributed to more than $100M in contract awards.
Brian Cali, Director - Space Systems Engineering & Integration
Brian leads ISG's Space System Engineering and Integration efforts, drawing on over 30 years of experience in the Intelligence Community, a career trajectory initiated by his foundational service as a United States Marine in both combat arms and intelligence analysis.
Brian has provided critical support across diverse customers and domains including Navy intelligence and targeting, Navy and Marine Corps Distributed Common Ground Systems, the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), and the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO). His expertise spans large-scale software systems engineering, mission integration, agile development, and navigating complex government acquisition programs.
Chris Wilson, Director - Digital Engineering
Chris joined ISG as the Director of Digital Engineering in 2024 where he leads ISG's practice for Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE). In this role he develops in-house digital engineering training and methodologies to enhance the expertise of his colleagues and identify opportunities to apply customer-validated digital engineering approaches to emerging DoD and IC needs. Chris's passion for applying MBSE to build bridges from advanced technical solutions to mission needs adds tremendous value in advancing capabilities supporting our national security.
